Present tense is a part of tenses
which tell us about events or activities that has a connection to time. the

Simple present tense are
use to tell a habitual action that is still been doing until now. Activities
like this use adverb of frequency ex: always, usually, often, seldom, etc. and
use every
day ,every week ,every month ,every year, etc.
Example :

often write a letter to my grandmother

Simple present tense is also use for telling things that is
general truth
Example:
